The digestive system is just one, and it is this system that so often gets overlooked even though it plays a massive role in our health.
When it is out of whack it can suppress hormones, cause indigestion, inflammation and bloating.
Our gut prevents dangerous toxins and compounds getting in whilst the foods and water we consume to enters the body. When our gut is not working optimally or is in a state of distress, these dangerous compounds can enter our system, yet the body will not fully absorb key nutrients from food.
This six-week Bulletproof Gut Program encourages you to improve your gut health. By using different assessments to find out what foods could be causing you problems, giving you daily tips and advice as well as creating more awareness of how the food you eat impacts your overall health and daily well-being.
On the first day, you will be asked to complete the program assessment which will go through different symptoms that you may be having. By the end of the program, you will complete it again where your symptoms and score should have lessened.
After that is completed you will enter begin the action plan, which will guide you through an elimination diet to find out which foods are causing you problems. Then towards the end, we will look out how we can make some small changes to help improve your gut and digestive system for the long run so you don't go backwards.
