This weeks exercise is side shuffle with knee hold. This is a beginner cardio exercise that focuses on your abs, hips, glutes and quads. The best part is it doesn't need any equipment.
How to do the side shuffle with knee hold:
Take small, quick steps to the side.
Try to get in as many steps as possible in the width of your mat.
When you reach the edge of your mat, pause, bringing your inside knee up to waist level.
Place back down and repeat back to the other side of the mat.
Tips for side shuffle with knee hold:
Do not let your arms sit still at your side. Pump them during the exercise.
Keep a slight bend in your knees throughout the entire exercise.
