Exercise Of The Week: Jumping Jacks


This weeks exercise is jumping jacks. Jumping jacks is a beginner cardio and mobility exercise that focuses on the calves and shoulders. The best part is it doesn't need any equipment.


How to do jumping jacks:

  • Start standing with a slight bend in knees and hands resting on thighs.

  • Keeping the knees bent open the arms and legs out to the sides.

  • Arms come above the head and legs wider than shoulders, then close returning to the start.


Tips for jumping jacks:

  • Land softly on your feet
