This weeks exercise is jumping jacks. Jumping jacks is a beginner cardio and mobility exercise that focuses on the calves and shoulders. The best part is it doesn't need any equipment.
How to do jumping jacks:
Start standing with a slight bend in knees and hands resting on thighs.
Keeping the knees bent open the arms and legs out to the sides.
Arms come above the head and legs wider than shoulders, then close returning to the start.
