This blueberry smoothie is so creamy and delicious you won't even realise the hidden goodness inside it.


I know it's getting colder in Australia as we head into winter but I still have a smoothie every single day.

Creamy Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • Half a frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/3 cup sliced zucchini

  • Handful of spinach

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup of coconut milk

  • 1 serve vanilla protein powder (optional)

Method

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Drink straight away.


You can make this into a smoothie bowl by adding less liquid to make it thicker.
