Hi There!

I'm so glad you found my website! I'm Catriona Humphries (Cat), and I am a certified nutritionist who is on a mission to help people just like you take control of their health by using plant-based foods to heal their guts and bodies.

 

The main difference between me and many other coaches I help you heal and create a sustainable lifestyle, instead of getting you to go on yet another fad diet and more pills or supplements. 

 

I didn't always use to be this healthy. I wasn't eating healthily, had so many digestive issues, and didn't know what to do. I tried cleanses and fasts and anything I could find. Nothing worked. I hated how I felt - tired, bloated, and unable to digest food properly. I didn't even have the energy to do anything after work!

It was time to make a change. After a lot of research, I slowly realised just how powerful food is. Slowly I built some new habits and saw how well it worked in my life. I wasn't bloated, tired, and experiencing any of the issues I had before. I wanted to help others make these changes and feel better so I became a Certified Nutritionist!
